According to Hong Kong law, any company, regardless of form, must have a registered office. The Company's registered office is the official address of the Company. When forming a company in Hong Kong, it must be registered with the Business Registration Office or/and the Companies Registry (applicable to limited companies). It serves as the correspondence address with government departments and may receive different important mails, such as : Tax returns, business registration payment notices, etc.
If your company does not need to rent a physical office, we can provide you with a registered office service. The address provided can be used as the company address shown on the company registry information and the registered address on the business registration certificate. We will collect government and bank letters, renew business registration fees, etc. on your company’s behalf.
